Most vehicle storage operations run on a diary, a spreadsheet and a phone full of photos — the booking in one place, the billing in another, the condition record in a third, until a dispute, an audit or an FBT query needs all three to agree. Enovatus built a complete vehicle and asset storage platform, and runs its own prestige and classic storage business on it.

In a small car club, the register lives in a spreadsheet, the minutes in a Word file and the historic-vehicle declarations in a filing cabinet — and the one time it matters is the one time somebody checks, and finds the three disagree. CarClubSoftware is membership software for Australian car clubs that run historic vehicle declarations under a state concessional registration scheme, built around what the scheme and an incorporated association's constitution actually require — not a generic "members and dues" tool with a vehicle field bolted on. It runs as multi-tenant SaaS: every club gets its own branded space and members' area on its own domain, with its own register and its own data, isolated from every other club on the platform.

• It knows what a declaration requires — and refuses to produce one that does not qualify. An unfinancial member's car cannot be declared; an event that was not properly minuted cannot support one.
• The statutory register — searchable, with history and effective dates, exportable to CSV and PDF.
• Offices, meetings, minutes and an events calendar — including the minuted-event evidence a club has to show.
• Declarations — eligibility, inspection records and a pre-filled form, ready for wet signature and the club stamp.
• Member self-service — status, "my garage", payments and events, on the club's own domain.
• Money done properly — dated fee schedules, pro-rata first years, a single subscription ledger, and waivers recorded as audited payments rather than overrides.
