Enovatus Consulting is led by Ashley Smith, founder and CEO of an enterprise software product & services company (1998–2026) whose SaaS/ERP and digital-portal platform powered the largest blue-chip fleet management and leasing operators in ANZ.

Across 27 years at the helm, Ashley owned product strategy, directed multi-year enterprise implementations with budgets often exceeding AUD $20m, led commercial contracting across supplier, customer and software agreements, and held full P&L — alongside board directorship of the group's Australian and European operations from 2006.

The results were built to last: customer relationships measured in decades, top-quartile capital efficiency for ANZ enterprise SaaS, and a team with one departure in seven years. Today that operating depth — sharpened by hands-on, AI-assisted product development — is available to your business.
